Into the woods

I used of my drawing of an abstract 2D art and created screens for the fabric. Screen printing is a technique where mesh is used to transfer the pattern on to the fabric. I scanned my design, made it more linear and separated the screens for color. So essentially the amount of colors in a design, equals the amount of screens required.

I love experimenting and creating work that is versatile and can used for different purposes.

Essentially this is a scarf, when I create I think of it as a piece of art which people can decide what they want use it as for example framed art or tapestry or wear it or it could whatever you want it to be.
