This piece of artwork is inspired by the blend of antiquity and modernity, a place where old values meet today's conceptions.

The medium I used for this piece is silk as canvas, which has been through various stages of printing and dyeing process.

To create the translucency and lucid feel, I dyed the fabric and made my own acid colors to give the hues of old world romance. The combination of abstract form of sun and flowers, gives hope and truth that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
